About Dave Colvin

Holding a full real estate agents licence Dave has also recently joined Elders Real Estate in Wangaratta after an extended career in property sales and marketing with another rural services company locally. Before that Dave conducted his own retail businesses in Benalla and Wangaratta.

Dave has an outstanding transaction record having only recently executed record breaking property marketing campaigns. Three of these -the auction sale of the Winona farm property at Rutherglen, the realisation at the Rockleigh Aggregation at Staghorn Flat, and the private sale of Old Toonallock at Bowna in southern NSW – all established new district records for rural land values.
